Dear Eve,
Some folks use websites to try and find people. People they might have lost touch with or relatives. It might be possible however that local persons do not wish to be contacted and of course have a right to their privacy. Therefore posting up messages on public message boards that ask for the whereabouts of specific people are not appropriate and will be moderated.

I do offer a solution: If you wish to find someone local please Click Here to contact me directly and I will be happy to act as an intermediary in trying to find the person you wish to contact. If you contact me I will do the following:

1. I will acknowledge receipt of your email (so you know I got your request)

2. I will attempt to find and contact the person you want to make contact with

3. If I contact them successfully, I will pass on your details

4. I will not tell you whether I actually managed to contact them or not

5. If I did successfully make contact - The person will decide whether they wish to contact you or not

6. (I will do this for no cost)
