Hi Betty,

I have a 6 x gt grandfather John Johnson (b1712 in Furneax Pelham) whose father is a William Johnson. John had a daughter Hester Johnson (b1740 Little Hormead) who was my 5 x gt grandmother

I don't have any more info on them as yet. Could these be _link_ed to your William? I believe my Williams wife was an Elizabeth though.

Hi There sorry I have been so long getting back had hand in plaster for 6 weeks plus surgery. Your John JOHNSON could be a brother of my William JOHNSON bap. 21 Apl. 1717 FP his eldest son is John JOHNSON bap. 1737. Regards Betty Lark, Richmond, Nelson, NZ

Hi Betty, I've been doing a bit more investigation and i'm no longer sure the information i had been given ref who Hesters parents were is correct
