Chiffchaff
The Chiffchaff (Phylloscopus collybitaI) is a small olive-brown warbler which actively flits through trees and shrubs, with a distinctive tail-wagging movement.

You will probably be more likely to hear a Chiffchaff (turn up your computer speakers) than see one.  It's song 'Chiff-Chaff-Chiff-Chaff-Chiff-Chaff' distinguishes it from the slightly brighter coloured willow warbler,

It picks insects from trees and also flies out to snap them up in flight.
