Christmas Thanks Thank you to everyone who supported the Christmas Bazaar on Saturday 3 December. It was good to see the hard work of the School Association Committee members being enjoyed by so many people. Carol Services Once again the school choir participated in the Bishop’s Stortford Primary Schools Carol Service. Eight primary schools joined together in a service of readings and carols in St Michael’s Church, Bishop’s Stortford on Tuesday 6 December. Christingle On Friday 9 December all the children joined Jeanette in St Mary’s Church for a Christingle Service. They were joined by lots of parents and some children from Pelhams Preschool. The church looked lovely in the candlelight from over 140 Christingles. Infant School Nativity This year the Infant Nativity told the Christmas story through the eyes of Shepherd Little. There were lots of proud parents and grandparents in the audience for the performance on Tuesday 13 December. Well done to all the children who took part. The older children will be celebrating Christmas with a Carol Service in St Mary’s Church on the evening of Thursday 15 December. Each class will be singing its own song; the choir will also be singing; and there will be traditional carols for everyone to join in. We look forward to another busy term in January. Best wishes to you all for 2006. Linda Bratt on behalf of the Governing Body
